What is that high note in the ending of Take It To The Limit?

I know the key is "B". But I'm confused with the high note because it seems to me that in the ending they change the key of the song to "E"

@thiago3m , why do you think they change the key to E? because he sings an e? I don't think there is a key change.

@4:24 I think it is g# and then f# , is that the part you mean?

@thiago3m , alright, they are all in the key of B. does this answer your question?

i am going to admit it, it took me ages to figure out how the circle of 5ths works (and even to know it existed), so if a brief explanation could be of any help, let me know (sorry if this sounds patronizing because it is not meant to be, i played guitar for ages before i got it, no one explained it to me and I never even really knew it existed, I'd just love to save you the headache of figuring this out for yourself).

are you gonna play that song? i hope so :) it's cool
