Answer on purchased webcam session
just wondered why I don't get a reply mail from the support.
I've purchased 1h with Ken 3 weeks ago and got a reply to fulfill a document about how my singing is going, a time schedule etc.
And now I'm waiting for any reaction ...
I've sent them another mail and asked if there were any problems, but though they didn't reply unfortunately.
Maybe you can tell me if it's normal ? Just can't wait for my lesson .
