Sharing Downloadable Link

Hello!
I recently purchased KTVA (downloadable version) and I absolutely love the program! I recommended it to a friend of mine and he wanted to know if he could split the cost with me and download the links on to his computer. My question is would this be a violation of the copyright? I don't want to do anything that's ethically wrong

Yes, that would be unlawful. You are sold the right to download the program for your own personal use. The price has come down considerably.

If your friend wants the benefits of the program, he/she should purchase it legally.
