How Do I Go About Singing This Song?

Hello Friends,
I am an aspiring singer who wants to learn how to sing "Whos Crying Now-Journey". I have issues when it comes to singing this song. When i sing it i feel like i am using too much power and energy. I can hit the high notes, but it drains me out too quickly.
I was able to find a group covering it well. I would like to know if this singer has proper technique, and is he using head voice at all times? It looks like he is singing the song with no problem. Thanks!

He's using chest voice, Mix voice, and head voice interchangeably throughout the song. He's not powering through those high notes. He's finessing them, and doing a good job of not showing the seams between the different registers. He's taking the weight off when he goes up high, and that helps to not have to apply an excess of power and blow his cords.

Using a lot of support helps to hold back the air for those high notes.

You're right. He's singing this with no problem at all.
