I'm getting this itchy sensation right above my tongue and i'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this before

Btw i workout my voice 2-3x everyday and sing for 3-4 hours after that everyday. Is it too much or is it alright if i want to push my limits?

I can't say I've felt any itchy feelings like you describe, and I haven't heard anything like that from students. As far as how much you can sing, that depends on you. Just be sure that you don't oversing, as in too much air or volume. If you stay below the limits that cause hoarseness or swelling, you should be fine. Swelling is usually a result of singing too loud/hard. If you experience that, cut it back. Cut back the volume, and cut back the air, and/or the time you spend singing.
