I NEED HELP, Learning how to sing like my favorite Artists.

Hello! I enjoy a lot of different music types. I have been playing guitar for almost 2 full years. I know a lot of music theory, and I've come a long way on guitar. However, even though I enjoy guitarists who can play it all and do it all (Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Paul Gilbert, Michael Angelo Batio, Yngwie Malmsteen, Jason Becker, Marty Friedman, John Petrucci, Synyster Gates, Jacky Vincent, Jake Pitts). I use to be amazed by how they had basically every technique, genre, scale, theory and everything mastered on guitar.
However I only like them to an extent and that extent is as a guitar player. Music I actually listen to, love, get inspired by, and relate to are genre's such as... Punk Rock, Pop Punk, Metal Core, Metal, Death Metal, Emo, Techno Metal, Hard Rock. Bands that I like are #1 Green Day, #2 Sum 41, #3 Bring Me The Horizon, #4 Linkin Park, #5 Three Days Grace, #6 Crown The Empire, #7 Falling In Reverse #8 YellowCard #9 Avenged Sevenfold #10 Asking Alexandria...
My Top Ten as of right now. Green Day is the band who really got me into a hardcore music fan.. someone who can't let a day go by without music in my head. They inspired me to learn guitar and write songs. I wrote my own songs for a few months when I was 13 then quit. I'm 17 now. I started playing guitar when I was almost 14 and quit when I was almost 15 then recently started playing again about a month ago.
I'm looking for advice on how to find my voice, create my own unique sound and vocal trademark. Ronnie Radke of Falling In Reverse has a Unique sound, It really stands out in their songs. Andy Biersack of Black Veil Brides also has a unique sounding voice. My favorite's though are Oliver Sykes of Bring Me the Horizon. Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance. Ronnie Radke of Falling In Reverse. Chester Bennington of Linkin Park. Matt Shadows of Avenged Sevenfold. Adam Gontier of Three Days Grace. Danny Worsnop of Asking Alexandria. Andy Velasquez of Crown The Empire.
If ANYONE seeks to help me in my quest then please listen to these songs Listed below as they are the ones I think most sum up and express each of the vocalist's I just listed that I'd like to learn to sing. I don't want to SOUND exactly like them. I just wanna be able to hit the notes, have a strong bold powerful voice, have the grunge and distortion that they have and so forth. The vocal technique and ability that they have. "Vocal Tools" I guess you could say.

*NOTE* What I really Love about Oliver's singing is. Whatever the song is about, you can feel the lyrics come to life with the timbre and texture of his voice.
If the song has a sad meaning or hopeless or whatever... he makes his voice sad melancholy or distressed in such a way it fits the mood of the song which enhances it all the more. Most bands just get a theme, lyrics, a songs meaning then chords and just sing a melody over it. They never think that "Well maybe all these lyrics, idea's, theme's, the melody, harmonies, rythmn, ETC. are like gears and to make it full operational you must make all the gears work seamlessly. Must put them all together so they fit like pieces of a puzzel." That's the vibe I get from BMTH Songs. Oli does a great job with the vocals. Bold, Emotional, Impacting, ETC.

Also I recommend "Brother" by them. Piano and Vocals only. It's a emotional sad song.

*NOTE* Since I'm not a great singer or have much experience with it I don't really know how Ronnie gets his sound. I think it's reverb, delay, chorus pedals maybe?! Or just double downs the tracks and pans hard left, hard right in the studio.. I could use some enlightenment on that.

I'd like to know how to do the growl, screams, distortion, how to get that aggression, snarls, all really strong and sounding good without hurting or damaging my voice. Also what pedals, effects or whatever he uses on the beginning verse.. I think it sounds so badass.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JNSpeKpGGTg - Then... I'd like to know how any of those are possible. Chester's is the most impressive to me. It's intense and 17 secs long. Is it how you intake your breath and outtake it? Is it you diaphragm strength? How would you sustain and get such an intense scream like that?

Thanks for any help at all!

    You're on the right place.
Technique, support, understanding, how to gain srength, and ultimately... play with the sound and add distortion... is what the method is about! But it takes a lot of time. Not just to sound great, but do it in a healthy way. You'll have to grow a strong clean bright sound, before getting into distorted sound, and learn how to clean it up to assure resiliancy to your voice. It's a long process. If you are ready to put in the time and effort, you won't be disappointed.
As for finding your own vocal signature, your background and personality will do the job and be your guide. A voice "well trained" and sustained carries that emotion.

I love a lot of the same singers you do. Ronnie radke and danny worsnop are low tenors. Although Danny has a very bright sound in the upper 4th and lower 5th octave. Ronnie’s sound however is very gritty and pure imo. He is very difficult to imitate. He has a weird voice. I have been practicing singing for almost two years now. And what I’ve learned from them is that you need to master your upper chest/belting register. I myself am a high baritone or robust tenor (or whatever else identifies as “inbetween”). These singers you have listed are trained in the 4th octave really well. Practice belting a lot. After your break your chest register you need to mix. Mixing is when you mix your falsetto and chest together to form the high and powerful register. Practice first with lower songs and work your way up. Start with songs like “Caught like a fly” and gradually work your way up to songs like “Sink or swim”. Same goes for AA songs. Great music taste btw.
