Ken Tamplins idea of removing the moving targets resonate with me very much. Because I make singing and also life very hard and his way of opening the throat or opening up to an easier way to sing just feels so good. It can be applied to life as well, your own voice you have and it feels so great to just sing like yourself and be like yourself - Open, not closed but open. Thats it, opening up is so powerful. I'm deeply priviledged to take part in that teaching.

There is an old saying in the martial arts: "Master the one thing, and you master many"
Meaning that there are allot of translatable variables that we can apply to other areas of our lives... if only we have eyes keen enough to perceive it
