@justicejem you are doing a good job! just make sure you are smiling from the begining of the exercise to the end and even every execution, watch it in front of a mirror, I think that by doing this you would improve on the pitch a lot the last exercise you did could be a lot brighter again smile more and you should try it pulling chest too!
