Exercise when not able to sing out loud?

Hi there!
Is there any video from Ken where he advices what to do when someone cannot practise out loud? Lip roll, and tongue exercises are ok but vowels and so on get a bit tricky since I live in a flat with neighbourgs all around. Perhaps there is a complementary exercise or way of studying that will allow me to practise even those days (hours) when I cannot be so loud.
Thanks!

There is a device called a belt box but I've never used it. Seems the reviews are 50/50 and you might not be able to create the proper mouth shape. Or practice into a pillow to mufflen the sound. Lastly you could try your car?
