  Hi, good to be training, I'm a new starter myself and finding the training challenging but I'm enjoying it, got a long way to go but feel myself getting stronger after moving from the starter work-outs (which I struggled with to get the top end at first trying to use the good technique, which still needs a lot of work) to the main work outs in volume 1 which are much more challenging to me. Hope your training goes well and good tobe training, all the best from the UK.!
