Just growing muscles or body building for better resonance?
Hi @highmtn Just as Opera singers grow body mass to improve their vocal resonance, I understand body bulding can have that effect on the voice too. My question is if just putting on 4, 5 kgs of muscle can also have an effect on resonance too if or one has to put on much more weight for that to happen. Thaks a lot! -

Re: I cant sing an A4 in head voice
Congrats on your A4 In chest! In vol 5, Ken has Adam swelling A4's and higher between chest and head so he has the option to hit the same notes in any number of combinations. Hard work but vol 5 may be the answer to your question. If you can forget about the operatic style, goto the last 2 minutes of this video to hear… -

Re: When and how will I be able to start singing?
How often should you practice / do the KTVA workouts if you've been singing and doing the course for many years? I've been on KTVA since 2018 but of course I still do the workouts regularly, especially vol 3, and usually as a warm up before I sing. But do I really need to be doing them 5 to 6 days a week at this stage? Of… -
Re: Geddy Lee tone - practice tips?
You're talking about doing vocal exercises as if you are the voice you're impersonating? That might not be a good idea as it could "burn in" bad habits. They are designed to develop your own voice so you can do whatever you want with it. Vol 4 (head) and Vol 5 (mixed) would have to be mastered to sound like Geddy. Maybe…
