How often should you practice / do the KTVA workouts if you've been singing and doing the course for many years? I've been on KTVA since 2018 but of course I still do the workouts regularly, especially vol 3, and usually as a warm up before I sing. I think that many larger-bodied singers have a natural advantage simply by the fact that their diaphragms are larger. Physics state that a large diaphragm displaces more air than a smaller diaphragm, due to the larger area being displaced, it takes less force to move more air. With that being said, we know of… -
