How taking a long break can wreck your breath support

So... I've been slacking off with pretty much no exercises for ~3 months in a row, and this is just a cautionary tale I guess...

Don't do it! I went back to Volume 2 exercises today, and while I can easily hit the whole range Ken is doing in a higher octave, I was out of breath on lip rolls! I couldn't believe it. I could do them in my sleep before, it was so easy and natural. Now I feel like I've been running a marathon. It's like I'm hyperventilating from using too much air (probably).

Going back to regular exercises, and hopefully I'll be able to move to Vol. 3 after I'm done recovering from my own laziness. :)
