Practicing Diaphragmatic Support
In the diaphragm lessons of volume 1, Ken mentions that you need to pull in your abdomen slowly when you're singing (unlike the yoga breath), does this mean that we're consciously controlling how fast our abdomen is contracting when we're singing? (But I feel like that way is just causing tension in the abdomen) What are some exercises to practice diaphragmatic support besides the sit-up exercise and huffing exercise?
