Mightily confused. Me and my partner went halves and bought the Ken Tamplin programme together. Just started Volume one and I have some questions as to how to approach the exercises. Track 7 on Volume 1. I'm confused which octave I should be singing. The same octave as Ken or the same octave as the piano? And should I be forcing my voice to stay in chest voice to stretch it or should I be releasing into head/mix? It's too high for me to stretch all that way in chest, I end up majorly straining! I'm so lost!
Help would be greatly appreciated!!!!
