Experienced vocalist - how many modules to start with?

I'm a professional musician/singer (for 40 years) and have just started the course. As I'm already doing the diaphragmatic breathing, it was still good to listen to his "3 stage" analogy. So I've done the lip roll and tongue exercises as well today. The question: how many of these modules should I start with? I'm not having any issues with those two exercises.

If you're doing the Lip Rolls, the tongue Exercises, and the breathing and posture correctly, go ahead and start the vowels: AH first. Get it right, just like Ken demonstrates. Then move on to AA, and EE.
