Voice change after Weekend warrior Thor session

I've notice when I finish going through the program after 20 minutes or so...my voice changes to what Mr. Tamplin calls "little boy voice."
Now I'm not too sure if I'm being correct. But I do notice a change and I talk in a lower register and sound different prior to practicing. Anyone else has experienced this?

Yes. You start out with your voice not being warmed up yet. Then you stretch your voice a little bit during the workout exercises. That tends to "set" your voice and "place" it a little higher. That's a good thing, because that's the voice you need to use to access your higher range. You don't want to take a bunch of chesty "weight" (tone) up to your higher notes.

Once you have warmed-up to this placement, you're usually good for the day. Go to sleep and wake up the next day, and you'll have to warm up and reset the voice to get back to that placement.
