I have a question I have been wanting to ask a long time ago. Did Freddie use the Mixed voice to get up to high C's High D's etc.. Or did he do it all in chest? What technique did Freddie use to get that kind of rapsy tone on some notes?

    Freddie had killer range with his chest voice, although he did have some problems from overdoing it. I think he just belted it out in chest, sometimes a little too much.

    Freddie pulled chest voice. But the really crazy stuff he did was all in studio... I have ever seen anything too crazy live.
