How do I know when I can start practicing head voice ?

I am following Ken's advice to not start working on head voice before you make sure you have a strong chest voice , but I wonder when do I know that it is safe to start on head and I won't ruin my chest voice ? I've been practicing singing for 2 years not everyday its like 2 weeks practice and 1 no and is it safe now to start building head voice ? tho my head is very weak I can barely access it up to this time I've been practicing songs that require more of chest voice like Bryan Adams

You should be practicing with balance. You should favor your chest voice at first but later you will be more even between the two. Seems to me that you need to start adding in your head voice now.

Shall I do chest and head exercises now at the same time or focus more on head ?

3 days chest 1 head ? will that do?

Better if you do 45 minutes and 15 minutes head. Better to be on the same day.
