If you singing correctly 7 hours should be no problem. I do want to note, that practicing for 7 hours a day is counter-productive. You need the mental focus to practice correctly and effectively, and no one possesses that level mental focus. Proper practice should be under 4 hours a day, with the rest of the day left for… -

Is practicing an hour a day for 7 days a week too much?
For anyone who has experience with this course, I was wondering whether 7 days a week is too much?? I have the time available and therefore have been practicing everyday for an hour, and it is very very very effective. I was just wondering if 7 days is too much?
