Hey Guys,

Yesterday we played football with my collagues and i sprained my ankle, and also partialy tore some ligaments as well. Now, i can only walk with crutches.

My question would be how should i approach the workouts with this condition? Today, i did vol3 for like 30 minutes while sitting. Lack of support is obviuos, also i felt workout was almost good for nothing, maybe only to maintian the voice a little.

Anyways, any help would be appreciated, since i do not want to lost the fruits of hard work so far.

Thanks in advance.

Can you stand with your knee on a chair to keep you off of the ankle? Other than sitting, that would be my suggestion

    Peace, Tony

@Csesztes You'll be fine sitting, it just isn't the optimal configuration :+1:

I do probably 20% of my training sitting as many times I'm just too bagged to stand for an hour

    Thanks Phil.

I have been singing for 3 years now, and i always did my workouts standing up. It just feels weird.

Its not ideal, but you'll still make progress. look at Dave Grohl when he broke his foot/ankle, he still performed in a cast on a chair
