Hey Guys,
Yesterday we played football with my collagues and i sprained my ankle, and also partialy tore some ligaments as well. Now, i can only walk with crutches.
My question would be how should i approach the workouts with this condition? Today, i did vol3 for like 30 minutes while sitting. Lack of support is obviuos, also i felt workout was almost good for nothing, maybe only to maintian the voice a little.
Anyways, any help would be appreciated, since i do not want to lost the fruits of hard work so far.
Thanks in advance.

Peace, Tony
Thanks for the advice. Unfortunately no.
I do probably 20% of my training sitting as many times I'm just too bagged to stand for an hour
I have been singing for 3 years now, and i always did my workouts standing up. It just feels weird.
