Voice effects/ Clean to Distortion

How many months generally it take to master the clean voice before getting into Distortion?

Welcome to the forums. Please take note of the forum rules and not post the same question more than once, it clutters the forum.
I had barely any experience before starting the course, and it took me 12 months of hard work before I could start to try distortion. Other people have been more than 2 years. -

Is it possible for me to master the clean voice in 6months as I'm doing exercises 1.5hour/day and then practice some distortion (after 6months)?
P.s- I'm in 4th month right now. I've gained pretty much better high range,breathing,good tone,different resonances and so on. -
I would say it's highly unlikely someone can master a clean tone within 6 months. You might have a good base line, but professional belcanto singers spend around 4 years just learning the vowels only.
Feel free to post a full scale for us to listen to and give you feed back on. -
