Differences: Natural High Voice & Low Voice Singing High

I've heard and seen a few points like baritones singing in tenor range have a stronger thicker sound, less bright etc... BUT!! I was wondering if someone who knows can give as detailed a description as possible of the differences, in tone or otherwise, between a natural Steve Perry type of tenor singing D4+ range and a bass/baritone using KTVA to hit those notes: Thanks!!

Oh, and I understand it depends on what the Baritone is trying to sound like...but let's say he's trying to mimic a tenor/countertenor tone.

When I do it, I have a particular tone that is getting richer every day but I'm curious what I can expect to happen in the future. I'm singing the Steve Perry stuff but it's difficult to do softly and quietly in a convincing manner...but that's a different topic I've already posted about.

yeah, his range is interesting...kind of a high baritone or low tenor tone. I'd love to hear Ken do "Sometimes" or "Here Is The Light" if for no other reason than educational purposes.

@JonasFinnLarsson haha. 'Here Is The Light' seemed like a good one because it's got a tough Bb4 in it during the chorus. I'm curious to hear how he'd do it.
