Hello everyone, I would like to know if this is the technique that tenors use to hit high notes? and if so, how can I make this sound more chesty, I'm a newbie when it comes to singing, so I'm not really sure what I'm doing. Thanks

    Hi @tm3916,

yes, your first example sounds like mixed voice and your second example is head resonance. If you want to make your mixed voice more "chesty" you will have to stretch your chest voice to be able to blend chest and head resonance evenly. This will take some time. But you are already on a good track. I would like to recommend to you to get the full course. This will help you a lot to grow faster.
