How can i change the tone of my singing voice?

I dont like the tone of my voice when i try to sing like myself. How can i change it?

    i am not sure what you don't like about it, so it is hard to give advice. i think you could work on breath control (conserving air), it would help your tone. it does maybe sound a bit breathy/airy. maybe that's what you mean? if you specify what you don't like, we can help you more efficiently
