Hi everyone. My account is not active. I can't download all volumes. What should I do?

For starters:
If your status in the forums is "member" you don't have student area access. The student areas are where more detailed information on how to do the program can be found.

Go to the front page of the forums and read the post titled NEW STUDENTS PLEASE READ THIS.

Now on to your download issue:
If you have paid for the course, and I am guessing you didn't download the course material in a timely manner and the links timed out??
Email support, along with a scan of your receipt, and they should be able to fix you up
