I just want to introduce myself and say hello to the forum. My name is Ken. I'm from upstate New York. I purchased the course about a week ago and look forward to putting up a beginner sample soon.
Thank you. In one of Ken's videos he mentioned Powerlung. Are you familiar with it/know anybody that has had success with this product. I am seriously lacking in breath support and feel this would be helpful.
Powerlung looks interesting... but aren't we more focused on using the abdominal/diaphragm as a constant-supply bellows to drive the voice? I don't use my lungs that much anymore for it actually, as I sort of hold my breath as I sing and let my diaphragm do the work.
Ken mentioned it in a video, but was not endorsing it. I think they might be good for overall lung capacity improvement, and possibly diaphragmatic endurance strengthening. Not saying I'll buy one, but I wouldn't mind trying one. I'm sure that's not an option. It's likely buy to try.
