Hi all,

just wanted to introduce myself. I'm an SFF writer and poet from the UK (currently living near London) who likes to sing. I've sung a bit in the past. For a short while I was part of a country band up in Glasgow and I also write my own songs from time to time. I've gone to a few singing teachers over the past few years to try and give myself the space and permission to sing, but none of them really provided the technical information I was after, hence I've signed up for KTVA. I feel I can sing reasonably well, but I'm not consistent and I struggle with the concept of head and chest voice. I really want to get to a place where I feel confident in my own vocal ability and know my own voice. Fingers crossed this course will hit the spot!
