Value mic?

I'm looking to get a mic for my pc.  Something relatively inexpensive.  But something that won't destroy the quality of the tone of whats being recorded.

i don't need a mic to destroy my tone. lol. but the mic i use is a MXL 990 (very cheap) and a Presonus audiobox usb.

I'm only just starting with singing but a friend of mine uses this for podcasting, and the quality is really good and it plugs straight into USB. Mega cheap too!

You could also try the Samson Meteor Mic. It's easy to use cheap and looks cool.
