Ken Tamplin's vocal range videos

Hi guys! I'm trying to get better chest voice and strengthen my head voice. I found the vocal range videos very helpful. I want to know what is the best way to use them. Do i practice the 3 videos in rows like, the first then the second one, then third one and then back to the first one and so forth? Or do i concentrate on one until i nail it and then go on with the next?

personally I would do them in a row on a daily basis. Record yourself and listen to the recordings. Sing in front of a mirror.
