hello, nothing much to say..just wanna ask is it normal for our stomach to get tired if we did a breathing exercise?? or am I doing something wrong??

yes, it is absolutely normal that you abdominal muscles fatigue after a certain time. Do not forget: this is an extreme sport. At the beginning I was regularly drowning in sweat.

btw how much time should I spend in a day to do this breathing exercise??
you shouldn't overdo it - if you almost collapsed that you definitely overdid it. I started with the Starter Exercises on a daily basis (approx. 25 minutes). After 7 weeks I startet the Main Audio exercises of Volume 1 (approx. 50 minutes). Now I am singing 1 to 1.5 hours a day.

I think it could help to make some sit-ups. But also from singing your abdominal strength will grow.
