Hi there!
1 week ago I purchased the course and now I ve watched through every video in the "Lessons" of Volume 1. So how am I supposed to train myself? Should I simply go through the warm-up exercises and devote for those round 1 hour a day, or how my daily workout should be like?

the Vol 1 Manual (that pdf file) should answer your questions. if you ask the question again in the student's section, I can actually answer this, and you don't even have to read the manual (I recommend you do either way)
