Should I practice by singing both octaves?

Hi All!
I'm new to singing. It came as a surprise to me as I recently started learning the electric guitar and ukulele, yep both at the same time, crazy I know. Anyway, I found that it helps me a lot if I sing. However, my poor family was suffering and so was I, so I am determined to learn and have already noticed an improvement with the short number of YouTube lessons I've had and now I am doing the course!
I have a question - Ken gives separate scales for men and women and I find I can do both. Should I do both or stick with the Diva only scales?
Cheers
Christine

Second, you should get access to the student areas. You can do that here.
Once you have access to the student areas we can provide more detailed info, because this area is for non-students and we can't really provide detailed answers. The quick answer to your question is probably the Divas because of reasons that are mysterious and beyond human comprehension
Also just another quick note, read the PDF that is in Volume 1.
I will. I thought I was in the right area. Will try again.
