    You should receive an email receipt, along with emailed links.  Those links will take you to a place where you can download your files. 

    If you don't receive them soon, email ktvahelp@gmail.com and paste a copy of your receipt into the email.

    I'm pretty sure you will receive your program very soon, if you haven't already.

    yep I received everything and downloaded every thing last night roll on today so excited i'm going to keep a video journal ,i'll try for everyday but at least 3 time a week thank you very much man i'm so excitedhahah
