Hi guys im trying to practice the 360 breath that i found out by watching youtube tuturials, and im quite confused because the sensation is so close to the breath when you take in the breath from the lung and i cant find any support if i do this, its quite building some tension in my throat as i inhale, and also why ken tamplin does not teach this 360 support?

sorry, I can't help you. I never heard about the 360 breath. As a KTVA student I follow his advice only - and it works.

My suggestion to you is to put together a practice regimen, use Ken's videos to build it and then get started learning the foundations of singing. It won't be easy, but if you persevere you will be rewarded with what you seek.
it depends on your starting point, physical condition, age, time you spend on practicing. I guess in 2 years one can reach a lot.
