Hi, ive been singing never knowing i loved it because "critics" when i was a boy, since then its been me and the steering wheel, however i cant not sing, i wake up with new verses to songs that i write and i cant stop.. ive tried. ;,) so yeah this is me amd i hope i can pick peoples brains with my first question. Im gonna put it into singer songwriters

Ooohh i am, the forest nearby is perfect for practicing my scales, without annoying my neighbours, its just singing my own that seems to be a problem right now, but im still trying to build muscle memory in my abdomen and tongue as i try to get 20+ years of bad habits on the back burner. watch this space fella.

Welcome @Roger84! Forest singing is the best! From my experience I'll suggest you cut back on song-singing for a while. I also have years of ingrained bad habits, and when I reduced my song work and dedicated far more time to exercises it made a huge difference!
