I paid for the 'Download' for Volume one.. but.. I.. didn't put my email in the receipt.. Although I have signed up for newsletter.. 

Seems I just paid for something I'm not going to get haha.. Should I wait the 4 hours in case it comes.. or just panic?

Any help would be great, very new to this obviously .

Don't panic yet.  Send an email to ktvahelp@gmail.com.

Explain your concern, and go ahead and give them your email address (even though they can "reply" to you, go ahead and give your correct email address.  Do copy and paste your receipt for your purchase into your email.  You might also include your mailing address and telephone number, just in case they have any trouble contacting you.

That should help to get your download to you in the shortest amount of time.
