Strain in head voice, passaggio

Hi, idk if this is a bad habit or if its a problem others struggle with too but when ever i sing in head it sound very narrow and strained... I can go through the passaggio (from chest to head) but coming back to chest is totally different... I was thinking that it might be a support issue or a vowel placement? Not sure

No offense, but I can't determine anything from the 9 second clip. If you want any kind of critique at all, you'll need to submit a scale, like in Ken's youtube videos. Also understand, that as a non-student, we can only share limited information, but we try to help where we can.
Check out this one. Do what he's doing as he explains the passagio, and submit a short clip of that.
