when I do the tongue exercise my lips vibrate a little, is that suppose to happen?

my name is Marco and I am doing the course now almost for 16 months. I want to help you. I have a question: do your lips only vibrate or do they let go the air like they should do on the Lip Burbles?
And since you are a KTVA student I think it would be better to ask you question in the internal students' areas. I would recommend this category: Volume 1 -> The Tongue Exercise.
