How do I do the audio workouts volume 2?

Hello everyone,

I've been doing volume one audio workouts for about 5 months now 5-6 times a week.
And now I want to move over to volume 2. But after watching all the videos, reading the manuscript and doing the audio workouts there is still one thing unclear to me.

You are supposed to do the audio exercises one time stretching chest-voice and one time rolling into head-voice. But workouts 16-21 are about stretching the chest-voice, so am I also supposed to do these a 2nd time (with rolling into head-voice)?
So in what order do you do the audio workouts? I'm really stuck here. Help is very much appreciated.
