Stretched my voice too much

Hello. Yesterday I stretched my voice into a call register without warm-up and today my voice sounds weak and faded when I try to sing any note above C4. How should I treat my voice right now?

That happens. Take it very lightly, or have a rest day. Drink plenty of water, and keep quiet as much as possible.
