I purchased my bundle in December 2011 but I can't see where I am a "member" and where I can access webinars from the past. Please help!

Copy and paste into your email a copy of your emailed receipt for your KTVA purchase. Request to have your KTVA Forums Status Upgraded.
Please put in the header/Subject of the email "Forum Status Upgrade".
If you purchased a KTVA Bundle, then you qualify for Pro status on the KTVA Forums.
"Member" status accesses only a fraction of the topics and features available on the KTVA Forums.
They'll get you fixed up.
