ear buds , or sound isolating in-ear headphones?
when i do my daily warmups i normally do it with a pair of in ear headphone because they help me hear the pitch in my head better. but when i tried to do the exercises with plane ear buds i found it much harder to get warmed up. im on volume 3 . the first 2 stages i did with normal ear buds and i was doing fine , until they broke and i bought the inner ear ones.
which do you think makes practice more effective?
