Vocal Cooldown

Hello everybody,

Just curious what should be done for a vocal cooldown after:

a) Practicing songs for a couple hours / running a set

b) running through the KTVA program a couple times back to back

Any input would be appreciated, thanks!

    Adrian,

A good cool-down would be one where you sing lightly, and don't go to extreme high notes or extreme volume.  Just some middle of the road, easy singing to give your muscles and vocal cords a chance to ease off of any tension and relax.

Sometimes you might do sliders that start high and go down.  Not too high, just moderate.
