Good to be on the forum, I had bought the program last year and have just now had time to use the program, the only issue is i cannot connect the usb to my phone. It worked great in the beginning but now it acts like my phone doesnt know its linked up with the usb. It works fine on my laptop but I bought the USB for the ability to use my phone. What should/can I do?

It is a samsung galaxy 9+, it has worked before in this phone but now it wont.
