Microphone for phone and/or laptop

I currently have a cheap Amazon Mic that allows me to record my videos on smule etc. Its okay but I'm looking to buy something nicer and possibly a preamp or condenser. The trouble is I'm not sure what to get. I need it to be usable for both laptop and my phone. I've seen phone compatible preamp/condenser but are they any good? I'm looking to spend between 100 to 500 depending. Thanks in advance for your thoughts.

Probably something like the IK Multimedia iRig Pro I/O together with a condenser mic is something you are looking for. I have no experience with something like this but the comments on it a quite promising.

Its for smule user but its also good for anyone you wants to use the mic on phone and/or laptop.
