Hey everybody!
Besides vocal exercises, what kind of physical training do you think is beneficial to vocal health? Do you run or swim, for instance?
As regards diaphragmatic support, do you recommend stomach vacuum or plank or deadlifting?

As to support anything that works your Transverse Abdomis' safely. The key is safety.
General cardio and bodyweight exercises will be a great deal of training for me...
