What should I practice? How? And How Much?

I’m kind of confused with these things, never really knew what to do to get started...

    To get started you want to practice, diaphragmatic support thats really important, scales, and it's recommended 1 hour 5-6 days a week.

    Your question has a lot of info that you will find on the course and it's structured to grow your voice in a balanced manner. If you not planning the KTVA course you can watch some of Ken's free tutorial videos.

    Here's some examples of exerecises you can practice and it's worth going through more of his tutorials.
