Tension under the Chin

Hi guys! I’ve been having a problem with tension under my chin which is called the “Supra hyoid muscles.” It became so much of a problem that it looks like I have a double chin when I sing or practice my vocals and I can feel the tension holding my voice back. I looked up solutions like putting your thumb under your chin and humming a note, massaging that area and jaw but the muscle still found a way to go down and I become SO discouraged. Can anyone please help me?

The one under your chin has a relationship with the larynx. Make sure that it isn't raising and making you sound froggy. Ken has a video on YouTube about it.
